Academy of Music Theatre Schedule

 

 

Thursday, March 27- Spacing/Dress rehearsal

 

Spacing and dress rehearsal for Saturday 1:00 cast only.  All Saturday 1:00 cast members must attend rehearsal.  Please arrive ½ hour prior to your stage call. GO TO SIDE STAGE DOOR AND SIGN IN!  Cast members will rehearse in costume, no make-up. 

 

Saturday 1:00 Cast Only

5:00 – 6:15 Underwater Kingdom & Finale (Little Mermaid, Triton, Sea Princesses,   Mermaids, Zebra Fish, Water Sprites, Crabs, Sea Horses, Starfish and Pearls

6:15 – 7:00 Shipwreck Scene (Little Mermaid, Triton, Prince, Zebra Fish, Angel Fish, Sailors, Ocean Waves)

7:00 – 8:00 Castle Scene (Little Mermaid, Prince, Triton, Sea Witch, King, Queen, Royal Guests, Ocean Waves, Sea Monsters)

8:00 – 9:00 Witch’s Lair (Little Mermaid, Sea Witch, Sea Monsters)

 

 

Friday, March 28  Dress rehearsal at the Academy of Music:

               *ALL CASTS GO TO SIDE STAGE DOOR TO SIGN IN!

 

Saturday 4:00 cast only:  ARRIVE AT 2:30 Pm.  Spacing rehearsal 3:00 – 4:00 and full dress rehearsal 4:00 – 6:00.  Little Mermaid, Prince, Fiancé, Sea Princesses, Sea Monsters, Mermaids and Zebra Fish are to arrive at the theatre at 2:00 p.m.   All other cast members are to arrive at the theatre at 2:30 p.m.   All Saturday 4:00 cast members must attend rehearsal.  Pearls, Crabs, Seahorses, Angelfish and Starfish will be done approximately by 5:00p.m. and may be picked up then.

 

Sunday 2:00 cast only:  ARRIVE AT 6:00.   Spacing 6:30 – 7:30 and full dress rehearsal 7:30 – 9:30.  All cast members are to arrive at the theatre at 6:00p.m.  All Sunday 2:00 cast members must attend rehearsal.  Pearls, Crabs, Seahorses, Angelfish and Starfish will be done  approximately by 8:30p.m. and may be picked up then.

 

All cast members are to be in full costume, hair and make-up.

 

Saturday March 29,  Performance at 1:00 p.m.

Little Mermaid, Prince, Fiancé, Sea Princesses, Sea Monsters, Mermaids and Zebra Fish are to arrive at the theatre at 11:00 a.m.   All other cast members are to arrive to the theatre at 12:00 p.m.  

                                                               

Saturday March 29, Performance at 4:00 p.m.

Cast members are to arrive to the theatre at 3:00 p.m.

 

Sunday March 30, Performance at 2:00 p.m.

Little Mermaid, Prince, Fiancé, Sea Princesses, Sea Monsters, Mermaids and Zebra Fish are to arrive at the theatre at 12:00 p.m.   All other cast members are to arrive to the theatre at 1:00 p.m.

 

PICTURES

Professional photos will be taken of the children in costume after each rehearsal Thurs and Fri. immediately after each group has completed their rehearsal on stage.  These photos (group and individual) will be available to order for purchase.  More information will follow.
