Registration
To register for the 2011- 2012 prorgam, please complete a registration form and return it to the PVB studio office along with a $20 registration fee ($25 after August 28th) and the first training fee installment.
Training fees will be payable in three installments as follows: first payment (40% of total fees) due with registration; second payment (30% of fees) due November 15th; third payment (30% of fees) due February 28th. A 10% discount will apply to the training fees of each additional sibling in the same family. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to submitting a registration form.
