SUMMARY:The Nutcracker
DESCRIPTION:PVB begins its season each winter with The Nutcracker. This treasured community event includes over 250 dancers from towns throughout Western Massachusetts\, performing parts ranging from enchanting snowflakes to the tiniest reindeer. They dance alongside pre-professional students and guest artists from Boston\, New York\, and the Carolina Ballet.\n\n\n2017 Performances: \n  \nFriday December 8th at 4:00pm \nSensory and Family Safe Presentation \nGeneral admission tickets: $25 for all seats (box office fees apply) \nThis newly created performance has lighting and sound accommodations for reduced sensory experiences. A narrator will assist the audience at the start of the performance. This show will run approximately 1 hour without an intermission. \n  \nFriday December 8th at 7:00pm \nCelebration Performance \n$50 Orchestra and Loge\, $35 Upper Balcony (box office fees apply) \nJoin us for a full evening of entertainment. Arrive at 6:30 for a vocal holiday treat\, followed by our full-length production of The Nutcracker. At intermission\, enjoy live music and the chance to meet a guest artist or two. Celebrate The Nutcracker with a complimentary glass of champagne. \n  \nSaturday December 9th and Sunday December 10th \nSeats range from $20-$45 based on ticket type and seating section (box office fees apply) \nFull-length shows at 1pm and 4:30pm on both days \n  \nPublic ticket sales begin Monday\, November 6th at aomtheatre.com\, or follow the links above.
