Our classes aren’t just for kids! We have offerings for adults who want to return to ballet class.
ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Adult Ballet (mixed level)
Adult ballet is a mixed level class offering a simple but rigorous barre and center. All body types and experiences are welcome. There’s no need to wear a leotard and tights, if you don’t want to. Come in comfortable workout gear, and bring your ballet shoes! Please note where pre-registration is required.

Adult Ballet will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00pm – 7:15p.m.

More information about pricing can be seen in DanceStudioPro. A mixed level ballet class geared towards the beginner/intermediate levels. This class is the perfect introduction to the study of classical ballet in a non-competitive and fun environment. Exercises are aimed at conditioning the body for dance and will focus on proper alignment, core and leg strength, and flexibility. No formal training is required. Questions? Parent Trap! Movement for Moms & Dads
This class is for moms, dads, and guardians, who are interested in a movement class. The class will combine ballet and modern to give parents 45 minutes of “me time.” Classes will include a basic ballet barre, long stretches, and energetic movement phrases. Focus will be brought to anatomical placement, somatic awareness, and the joy of moving your body through space. Dancers of all levels and ages welcome. Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in, layers are encouraged. You may wear socks, ballet slippers, or bare feet.
