Caroline Ball is a native of Lynn, is a graduate of the Commonwealth Honors College at UMass Amherst. She earned two Bachelor’s of Arts in Dance and Sociology respectively and is pursuing a career in arts administration and event management. She began her dance career at Leanne Leslie’s School of theatrical Dance. She continued her training under Denise Cecere at the Northeast School of Ballet. In 2024, Caroline presented her honors senior thesis “Carmen Suite,” an investigation into gender performance in ballet. Throughout her time at UMass, Caroline has performed in many student and faculty choreography projects, including Professor Lauren Cox’s “Funk is Dad” and Professor Thomas Vacanti’s “Symphony in Three Movements.” Caroline loves to learn new things, and expressing herself through dance is just one of her passions.
